I am a user researcher and designer living in St. Louis and working at Bayer.
Why do I do what I do? I am motivated on the deepest level to understand and see people as they truly are and to help make their lives better with that knowledge. From a vulnerable conversation with a struggling friend, to a observational work session with a farmer - understanding people and their needs is what empowers me to design, support, and make the lives of other people better, easier, and intuitive.
